BANTU TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY

The motto of BANTU is ‘Transforming Black Africa, Village by Village’.

The formal means of address is ‘Fellow BANTU Person (FBP)’.

The movement is about empowering Africans to take their destiny into their hands by owning their development. Top on the Agenda of the group is the ‘free’ education of African children to be leaders of the great African Renaissance. Everyone can sign up on the site https://africauniteonline.com/register/.

The token would provide financial backing for the transformation. As the Nira becomes widely adopted, it is believed it will rise in price. The reserve held by BANTU would subsequently provide liquidity to be used for transformational activities.

The only transformation BANTU would focus on in the near future is the ‘free’ education of children in every willing village of Black Africa.

There is no free handout in all of BANTU land. Everyone receiving from BANTU must be productive by all means. All schools created by BANTU must have a particular sellable good or service. An analysis of the area to determine the most productive venture must be done. Schools will engage in such venture and be productive as well as profitable for self, BANTU and Africa. It is believed that the graduates of BANTU schools would spread the message of the dignity of labour all over Africa and the world.

Subject to Government approval, selection of villages for the establishment of ‘free’ schools will be done in order of BANTU membership population of villages. The more the number of members from a village as members, the higher the village goes on the priority list for establishment of schools. The first 100 members of BANTU who hold the Nira would be in priority list for the establishment of BANTU schools in their villages irrespective of the number of their village people in BANTU. Paid employment in BANTU would be for only members of BANTU who hold the Nira token or coin. Every parent registering a child or ward for ‘free’ education in BANTU schools must be registered as a member of BANTU.  

All members are entitled to education on AFRICA Leadership, BANTU style. We are building the organization and raising funds at the moment.

BANTU schools and activities are focused in rural areas only. Urban areas would have only skeletal offices for coordination of activities. Only BANTU officials from a particular village are allowed to run BANTU affairs in that village. The consent of the village head must be obtained for any BANTU official to be appointed in charge of BANTU projects in a village.

Before anyone can become a BANTU Official, they must undergo a 6 months training on the ideals of BANTU in the BANTU Transformation Training Institute (BATTI).

BANTU Headquarters (BHQ) will be in Addis Ababa.

Compulsory subjects: Wise sayings of Black Africa, Kiswahili, Black African Heritage and Leadership; BANTU Style. An aggressive education in technology would also be maintained. Creativity and teamwork are key drivers to the African Renaissance. These would be seriously encouraged.

A database of all Black African Villages would be maintained in the BATTI until the BHQ is ready. Spread of BANTU schools would be closely monitored and followed until EVERY Black African village in the 44 BANTU focus countries are covered.

No single Nira in the reserve would be expended before 3 March 2024. All locked Niras would only be used in exchange to increase value and spread. Liquidity gained would be stored strictly in Bitcoins, Ethereum and Gold. A competent audit team would be established before any form of expenditure commences. The team would also audit the Nira (BRT) project from 3 March 2022 to 3 March 2024.

Initial Projects for Nira Expenditure:

1.       Build the BATTI in West Africa.

2.       Simultaneously start working on syllabus for training the trainers as well as BANTU special syllabus subjects and establish translation schools.

3.       Buy the BANTU Blockchain Foundation or commence development of own blockchain infrastructure.

4.       Commence liaison with Black African Governments and establish ‘free’ schools in villages.

5.       Commence liaison with Governments to approve use of Nira in Black African Countries.

Get a Metamask Wallet and Nira (BRT) Account

For Computer

Go to metamask.io. Select download, choose your platform (chrome, firefox, iOS, Android), scroll down and select install Metamask for Chrome or Firefox. It takes you to add Metamask as an extension. Select ‘add’. After adding, select the extensions tab to the right top side of your browser. Pin Metamask to your browser. Scroll down to the extension welcome screen and select Get started and follow the prompts to create your wallet.

For Phones

Download Metamask on Apple App Store or Playstore and create a wallet.

Watch the video on secret recovery phase and how to keep your wallet safe and select next. Read all the instructions on your secret recovery phrase and select the padlock symbol to reveal your secret words. Copy the words to somewhere secure. Select next to fill in your secret words in the correct order and select confirm. Thereafter, select all done. You will land on the Ethereum  Mainnet.

Add Polygon Network to your Wallet.

You will need to add the Polygon Network in order to get Nira BRT.

For Computers:

1. Open MetaMask and select the dropdown button at the top that says “Ethereum Mainnet”

For Phones:

1. Select the drop down list top left of the Ethereum Mainnet home page and choose settings. Choose Networks.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click “Custom RPC” for Computers and “Add Networks” for phones.

3. Fill in the fields as follows:
– Network Name: Polygon
– New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com/
– Chain ID: 137
– Currency Symbol: MATIC
– Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/

4. Click “Save”

Creating a Nira BRT Account

Page will land on the Polygon network page with 0 MATIC. Scroll down and click on import tokens and paste 0xb6365E0270BA9fA944010BD20f091a3Eb6472446 in token address. Click on add custom tokens. System will prompt you to import tokens. Click on import tokens and your Nira BRT account would be created.

Get the Nira BRT. The Nira BRT can only be exchanged with MATIC for now. So, purchase MATIC and transfer to your Metamask Wallet. You may otherwise purchase Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) and transfer to your wallet. You can swap these coins for MATIC in your Metamask Wallet. BTC and ETH can easily be purchased off https://chippercash.com/ by users in Africa. To get the Nira (BRT), on your Metamask app, select the drop down menu on the left. Select ‘open Browser’ in the dropdown menu.  Copy and paste https://quickswap.exchange/#/swap . When the browser asks to connect to your wallet, agree. You would land on a page pairing MATIC with a selected token.  Choose ‘Select a Token’. Paste 0xb6365E0270BA9fA944010BD20f091a3Eb6472446. BRT would appear at the bottom of the screen. Select BRT. Input the amount of MATIC you want to exchange for BRT and approve the transaction. Your BRT would be sent to your wallet once the transactions are approved on the blockchain.
